I have missed out the past number of years. Too much on my Riding plate. Hopefully, I will be there this August if the fishing is terrible in Canada.

Pretty part of the country, nice roads, good campground. My bar tab for the weekend would be more than the cost of this rally with all the food, beverages, etc. included.  :boozing:

I have it on my riding calendar and have alerted my riding friends about the dates.  As always, I plan on arriving Thursday and having a very good time that weekend.

Ride safe.

If you're in Traverse City, contact Randy Petersen (lives in Honor, MI) and follow the big red Norge.  He and Louise are regular attendees at this rally.

Yup,  already have! I helped Randy pull the motor on his Norge a few days ago. Great guy, good friend.

What happened?  As I recall, he had the engine out last year to change the rear crank seal.  Sounds like he may have another problem -- or -- it could be he just likes to tear things apart and put them back together again.

Yes, I've heard about his shop but I don't see the beer refrigerator.  Does he just let it sit outside to keep cool?

HHmmm...very tempting, just about 2 hours from my Mom's place near Hartford...might just figure out how to swing this!

Can't miss an opportunity for a summer time double brat and some sweet corn in Skansin!

Just a helluva a ride up from Houston...might have to make a 2 stager out of it!
