Like the sign says.  . . . .   it's on the border.  Sheesh.  Try to keep up, will ya?   :whip2: :evil: :laugh:



It's up in White Pass, above Skagway, AK.  They need the sign.  There's an ~300yd swath cut through the trees at the actual survey line, but aside from that formidable barricade there on the left side of the road, there is no other indication that you're in any country at all.  The Canadian border station is at Bennett Lake (where Jack London camped for a season while building his raft and writing some books), and the US station is nearer to Skagway.  The White Pass Railroad connects the two locations.
