62 F walking around Quarai Ruins (6,650' elevation)
Colder with more and more snow going north on highway 55 past Chilili (6814' elevation) on the east side of the Manzano mountains.

Speed limit on I 25 south of Albuquerque is 75 MPH.
Most traffic is 85 MPH. I find myself at 84-86 most of the time (5K RPM?)
The V7-850 in 6th gear is very comfortable (no headwind) at 90 MPH +

That looks like some great scenery!

I've tried the Marlin, classic and piranha. The classic and marlin seem to be the way to go.

Yup 5k rpm w/natl. cycle street shield . Also 30l hard bags & radial tires . That’s the sweet spot on the big road . Personally I prefer back roads , but occasionally ya gotta make time .
