Well, at least it’s got MG content 🤔

Love that movie!
My riding jacket is actually a CHP duty jacket that Schott made for CHP at their design request, in 1980. I got it in 1982.

The movie police officer definitely saved the movie taxpayers the expense of prosecuting those movie bad guys, which also saved the movie goers from sitting through a movie courtroom scene.

I didn't care for the Dirty Harry movies, or anything else with Eastwood that wasn't a western.

That said, "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" is the greatest film ever made in my opinion.

My wife had a crime show on the tube yesterday. The victim belonging to the Banditos was shown riding a BSA Goldstar, towards the end after being murdered the perpetrators were shown stripping his bike only this time it was a Harley. I guess the BSA was to valuable to mess with. Actually the Harley was some kind of chopper, they only showed a quick view of it so it looked to be in the process of being stripped. I guess most viewers wouldn't know the difference, the Beezer was beautiful.

Many times the film makers does these “bait and switch” scenes. I guess they think people are to ignorant to know or don’t realize that many viewers actually pay attention to those type of changes.
I think the most disgusting one I’ve ever seen was in the 1971 version of “Vanishing Point”
The car star was a 1970 Dodge Challenger.
The ending scene was when the dodge hit two parked big bulldozers parked side by side, blades down, meant as a road block.
The challenger hit the dozers at top speed.
The final couple minutes of the movie showing the crashed burning car it’s was painfully obvious that the car displayed was a 1969 Chevy Camaro. To make things worse the tire snd wheel on the rear left was a regular steel  silver rim with a small 14” tire and not the Mopar rally wheel with the 60 series tires that were on the car the entire time.
I thought it was really a cheesy thing for the film makers to do to an otherwise iconic movie.

As for this clip....I like Guttis, and I like police (usually), but this seemed slightly excessive.

It's easy to blame the motorcycle.  But motorcycles don't kill people, motorcyclists do.    :azn:

This is a new one to me. Can't answer.

Saw an absolutely horrible film recently, or rather glanced at while it was being watched by my GF's eldest daughter. She asked if I knew what the motorcycle was that featured throughout, as the ride of primary supporting cast member. Turned out to be a Red Eldo 1400. Clearly presented repeatedly throughout the film with black duct tape covering the name plate on the side panel. That tape represented some of the few dollars spent on production. Absolute waste of a film, but a nice bike. Polish production, made Hallmark/lifestyle appear as high art. Sorry, I didn't note the name, even with the Guzzi content. THAT's how bad it was. I recall thinking I'd shame myself for admitting having seen it.

NCDan, thanks for the correction. Triumph it was.
Don't forget the Guzzi in Hooper, in which the cop was yanked off the back of the bike.
Ironically, the guy portraying the cop was Dave Mungenast, Sr. , who was a Honda dealer in St. Louis.

I saw that documentary a long time ago and still amazed folk could drive around with no seat belt.
The penalty seemed a little harsh all the same.
