Partial Summary of Stelvio NTX Issues and Procedures
« on: February 01, 2017, 06:48:50 AM »
I have been active on this site for a number of years and posted probably more than a lot of you would like to see!

Many of my posts were related to my life with a 2012, first-year, Stelvio NTX.  The posts often focus on "how-to," DIY fixes or work-arounds to a number of issues experienced with the Stelvio and other CARC bikes.

Several times, I have been contacted by new WG members to send them threads from the past since WG has no permanent library of such posts other than a rotating archive.  Many of the archived posts can be searched by the search function on the WG head page.

I am looking about for a replacement for my Stelvio after 4+ years of ownership and I am not sure how much longer I will be active on this site.

After compiling a few DIY posts from my memory yesterday, I thought some riders may be helped by a summary of some of those here before everything gets dropped further down in the archives.

I do not hold myself out to be any sort of expert on these matters and many other Guzzi folks have posted equally helpful hints and made very good posts to my own threads.  I am thankful for everyone's help.  My only purpose is to return to others the great help I received from others during this odyssey with Moto Guzzi.

A collection of some of the issues and procedures regarding the Stelvio NTX that you may find helpful based on my experience-

The time and effort taken to post these reports are what makes this such a great resource, don't have an NTX or any other Guzzi at this time but when I did have a V11 and a Sport Carb it was that type of info that made all the difference .Whatever make of motorcycle you decide on next, presuming you are keeping riding ,sure you would have something  useful to pass on so don't be a stranger.
