How long does the $3,000 cash back last?

ie: does the $1,000 end in August and the $2,000 in October?

The "Summer Special" $1000 expires 8/31.  The "Summer Clearance Event" $2000 for 2014 and prior machines expires 10/31.

Something tells me V7 Specials will go quickly with the two promotions stacked like that.  $3000 of a $9200 bike is a lot !!!

I see some 2013's are still left.  What was difference between the 2013 and 2014?

For US models, the only difference is the wet alternator on the '14 models.  It puts out 270 W as opposed to the dry alternator on the '13 models, which puts out 350 W.  Go figure.

Wet alternator on 2015 USA models.

My 2014 has a dry alternator.

Well, $3000 in customer cash on the 2014 V7 Special was too much to resist.

I drove down to Farmers Branch (Dallas) Texas today and picked one up from the good folks at RPM Cycle.

Euro Salesman Wade Campbell was great to work with and the customer cash from PGA made the transaction a win-win for everyone.

General Manager Boris Loera and F&I Manager Bill Mendelson were also great guys.

This makes my seventh Guzzi, but only my second new purchase Guzzi.  I really enjoyed the 2010 V7C I had back during 2012.  First impressions are that the updated heads and efi is nice.  Steel tank is great.  Otherwise, very much like my 2010.

Congrats on the new special.  Very sharp looking.  What bike rack you using?  Is that the versa-haul?  Can't quite make it out?

No fun. When I left the dealer after my first service on my Norge it was 104. I soaked a long sleeve sweatshirt and then put a denim work shirt over it. I was completely dry and hot less then 20 minutes later. Not fun.

Congrats Mike, I have the same bike.  Make sure it has the latest EFI map #352BV738.  I just had mine updated and it really smooths out the fueling off idle and eliminates the pesky cold start stalling common in '13-'14's.

R59 - Lovely machine!  After riding and enjoying a slightly heavier bike (W650) with approx. the same hp (50 at the crank), and still riding an R100GS rated at 58hp, the V7's 50hp should be about right!

I have to take a demo ride on one of the small blocks.  I have ridden a 2005 Breva 750 for a few miles, but think the riding experience would be different on a 'sit on' vs a 'sit in' bike.  Only speculation on my part.

Main ride:  2008 Guzzi 1200 Sport (sold July 2020)
2012 Griso 8v SE (sold Sept '15)
Reliable standby: 1991 BMW R100GS
2014 Honda CB1100 (Traded Nov 2019)
New:  2016 Triumph T120 (Traded Dec 2021)
New:  2021 Kawasaki W800

I used to own a 2007 Breva 750 and now own a 2010 V7 Classic.  I really like both bikes but there IS a big difference in the seating position; As you pointed out, your sit "in the Breva 750" but you will sit "on" the V7 Classic and newer models of the V7.  I like both riding positions so I have no preference between the two for these bikes.
NO longer can ride

V7 SPECIAL & CALIFORNIA MY 2014 SPECIAL PRICING SELECT DEALERS UNTIL 8/31

It has been mentioned here but since it qualifies for such a super deal I though I would mention it again.  These deals required dealers meet certain buy in qualifiers.
2014  California Models  $3500.00 dollars off  (we have one Touring available)
2014 V7 Special $3000.00 off.  (We have three available.)

Sorry for the spam if this offends anyone but these are great deals and other dealers have bought into the promo guidelines.

There is at least one other thread about this subject (e.g., http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=78092.0) , so you might consider consolidating the two.

In the meantime, who are "we?"

"We are Europa Macchina in Lewisberry PA.  What I listed are STACKED discounts hat are running until the end of the month.  Like I said there are other dealers that qualify and at present Guzzi only has the Summer Clearance up on the Moto Guzzi USA website.  Anytime you can get 30% off a new bike I think it is pretty special.

Off topic a bit here, but does anyone know if the 2015 standard Stones (non-abs ones sent over early) have that map already installed?

Everybody is talking about 3000 off the price of a v7 but 3500 off the price of a California is a fantastic deal too! Ditto for the other bikes!

Yeah.  I was real close to pulling the trigger on a '14 Cal14 Custom instead of the V7S.

Tough call, as I like them both, and the prices are great.

Can't remember if I posted this: check your fuel filter.
My 15 Stone and my buds 15 Stone both purchased at the end of last winter and delivered this April had the half plastic filter which is slowly being wrecked by ethanol fuel-despite stabilizers added on a regular basis.  The plastic is getting bloated and will, I'm told, separate from the metal half of the filter rendering the bike immobile. Gerry changed his last week and I'll do mine next Wed.  Gerry's was spongy and bloated as well as discolored.
