GRiSO life
« on: April 30, 2021, 07:19:14 PM »
6 years ago today, I rode (and saw up close) my first Moto Guzzi. A 2007 GRiSO 1100... It was love in the first 50 feet.

Took the bike out to a local microbrewery tonight to meet a couple buddies after work and had a nice 50 mile ride (long way is the best way)...

Such a great bike.... Parked it alongside a bunch of Harleys and smiled all night while everyone ignored the Harleys and gawked at the Moto Guzzi.

Had the opposite here a couple of years ago. Went to a charity ride 1500 ish bikes. My Griso 1 of 2 Guzzi's. I parked next to a MV Augusta R800 I think, a bike you don't see everyday. In the 40 minutes I stood around not one person stopped and looked at either the Augusta or Griso but ogled over the 1000 odd Harley's parked nearby. Their loss.

Been there, done that.  When I stopped at STP a few years ago, people started walking over to check out the Guzzi... then this guy showed up with his dog.

He wins!
