YES, "The iconic Ner-A-Car" - billed as "The Safety Cycle" and manufactured in Syracuse, New York!:thumb: :thumb: :thumb: 

When I lived in Aachen, Germany, we used to occasionally see groups of these vintage German scooters riding around the countryside!
