Interesting. I test rode a mp3 and it scared the heck out of me. I was in downtown  New O rleans traffic.It did not lean like I was used to. I wonder where you can look at one of these?

That's why Spyders and Slingshots can be driven on the road, but side-by-sides can't.

It would go by State, I don't think there's any Federal laws about that.  But (for example) putting outrigger wheels on a Gold Wing makes it 5 feet wide with 4 wheels but doesn't generally make it into a car under the law.   Once the states decide what to do with this, I'll bet it ends up under "motorcycle" (no surrounding cage, no steering wheel, you straddle it, etc. )
