I'm getting ready to install a Mistral header & Y pipe on my V85, what is the consensus on using anti-seize on the header bolts?

I’ve had my V85 headers off a few times and I used some.

Smear some around where the pipes slip together too.

I’d use the nickel based antisneeze on all the slip joints and all the threaded fasteners. It will take some futzing to get it to not be in a bind somewhere but it’s best to get it close as you can. It’s enjoyable when it all goes together although some need more convincing than others and will argue until they are convinced to act right.
