The engine has a distinctive L look about its configuration it could simply be the DB11 VLX. Bit of a boring explanation its a new 120 degree 500 belicindria kompressor from Guzzi  ~;  .

My favorite event of the year!

Now, if Guzzi will actually show anything "new" this year...

The artwork looks like it is intended to be a visual amalgamation of a human heart and a motorcycle engine.  I'm guessing intended to relate to the "passion" reference.   Very Italian.  ;)
Where are we going...and why are we in a handbasket???

I had one, but in the end it will be presented at Intermot and not at EICMA. So maybe there will be another in Milan.

The "rumor" I am curious to see is the possible new BMW S1000XR

Hi all,

Been awhile. I'm still running the globe trying to make the world a better place for motorcyclists one helmet at time. I'm in Milan for the EICMA show, and by chance, I'm working at the Piaggio booth. I thought I'd share some pictures from set-up day.

The new California's are super cool with a dash of chrome added to the tank as an historic touch. There is a new Eldorado, though after I got to my room, I realized I didn't shoot it. I do have a shot of the California Touring and she's a beaut.

Lots of customized V7's here. Many are scramblers. VERY cool, and I'm assuming this push is thanks to Ducati's recent intro.

Stelvio now comes in a very nice red.

No Norge's here. They ARE still in the line for 2015, but a representative told me that despite their booth being the size of a small city, they had to make choices and with many new models in their other lines, the Norge had to stay home.

Some of these aren't great, but I had forklifts moving around me and a lot of busy workers, so I did the best I could. I'll add more images as I can and happy to try to respond to requests while I'm here. If you have something you want to see or more photo detail, let me know.

Enjoy,
Phil

Uh, Phil....  All that shows up are rectangles with "X" in them.  Is it me, or some setting gone awry?

Thanks for the attempt!

It looks like they've built a small block Nuovo Falcone Militare.

Where's the modern supercharged laydown 650  single in the same livery?

Nice - even though but.......
