this is a very cool bike to me…I’ve never seen one before ..has anyone else?

It’s not a single crank tho, is it..the rear pot must be connected by a gear drive to the front crank?
Dual downdraft carburetors!!! Man, I see that and can’t help but see Honda V-4’s, you? Just double the whole mess again and put it side by side
Front suspension to die for in the land of mopeds, this seems perfect for a thin lite weight 100cc

Is that a production bike, a race bike, or a prototype?

Looks like someone's (nicely done) "garage build" to me.

To me, with that front end, it gives the appearance of a prototype race bike.

The 2 cylinders appear to be geared together - If so I'm with Charley. (race ingine)Could have been the first try on what turned out to be the Suzuki RG500. The initial bridge betwixt Italy & Japan's MC engine development? IIRC that bike (RG500), was less than 300# dry. And I care not which way the crank points. It's the way the tune is played. R3~
