My Ambo is finally on the road.
« on: May 11, 2015, 12:49:16 PM »
This is a time machine , it does not matter how fast you go , it does not matter how crappy the brakes are ( they are not that bad tho ) , what matter is the big smile the rider have upon the face...all day long.
I "run" into a group of HD riders , you should have seen their faces when they saw this bike LOL

Anyway , i am still smiling so everything is good , i cannot wait to leave work to hop on her and just go....

big thank to Charlie "Antietam" for the help.

Maybe that's why it's called an Ambassador.
That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.

Yup. Sold it to buy the 850 LeMans.  Always told myself if an Ice Blue one became available, I'd do what it takes.  It will be easier to find another loopframe.  10 years, it was a good run!

No fair. Needs to be 850 Commando against Eldorado.  ;)

This one IS an 850, a 1975 MkIII, which is why the rider would be pretty confident of being able to show an Ambo his dim Lucas taillight.

Although the 850s are a little slower than the 750s, so they say; I haven't had both.   This one's fast enough for me!

Yes, I know it's an 850, that's why a fair "race" would be with an (844 cc) Eldorado, not an (757cc) Ambassador!  ;D
