Trans oil pump Convert

Tried to remove the trans oil pump from the timing chest on my Convert to replace seal and o-rings.
Did not want to pry on the aluminium to much... Tried some heating but its all aluminium.
Is there a trick I should know about?

No real trick.  Sometimes it's a twist and pull.  I'll get pump pliers on the flange and use it to do the manipulation.

Any time you're in there, replace the oring around the pump body.  This is the most common source of air leaks into the system.  It will suck air, but not leak fluid.
