Reminds me of the Buell Battletwin - same era, same futuristic (I dig the fins) design.
Maybe somebody has a pic they can post so we can compare & contrast.

I like the blue one better. That color combo always reminded me of the circus for some reason. The BMW Krauser was another of their specials around the same time.

I always called them the "Rollerball Bike." Unique, fast, but they supposedly had too much steering lock. Good for 150 mph (indicated) Here's a K bike with similiar power: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4z70usGK0I
