Maybe Dusty can merge the MGNOC National Rally threads and pin it to the top.

Can someone make some WG name tags and sell em here?  This would be a great opportunity to put faces to names.

Many times, I've talked to people and didn't know who they were at rallies until I saw a post on WG. I took Peter Egan for a ride in my sidecar one time. Nice guy, but I didn't know who he was, either..

Best reason to get out of your comfort zone and travel to a different part of the country for the National MGNOC rally.

Any chance you bringing the Aero Lario?  If so can I get a ride?  I missed it the last time in NH.   :undecided:

    Same here with the vaccinations.  Our guys (DOH) are about as sure as the Feds about the shots.  Should be interesting.  I'm 75% showing up on my Cal 1400 Touring.  The final decision would be with availability of the vaccinations.   :weiner:

I must confess to not being quite sure what that means, but I used to enjoy saying, "Everything in moderation, including moderation!"
Regardless, I'm not a drinker, so I've no trouble being moderate these days, haha.
I like campfires, it's just a shame you can't easily tell any more jokes anymore, it would seem. Back when it was the norm, I used to have quite a few good ones. Of course if you go ahead and pick your offended party I can still probably rattle off a few as we sit... :whip2:
Don't worry. I'm sure we can figure out some "other" that isn't around the fire we can all agree to make sport of! :thumb:

"Moderated discussion" as in a moderator to help the discussion along as opposed to "moderated" or PC correct discussion.  You're going down the wrong path.

yup, I'm not a complete idiot, because nobody's perfect, heh heh.

Working on my trip plans, looks like Laconia starts the week before. Looking like VT302 to Conway via the Kankamagus, then south, on either NH113 or NH16, to Laconia, or thereabouts. Then from there on up to MG rally. Anyone ridden south from Conway-ish to Laconia? Any suggestions on routes, stretches, views, etc? Still very much spit-balling, as who knows whatwherewhenhow sideways plans might go these days...

Usually at the real campfire, the guys stand around have individual conversations.  I was throwing out maybe a guided discussion to help things along or maybe not.  :boozing: :boozing:

For those who donít mind being a little farther from the fairgrounds...keep in mind that VT and NH have thousands of small businesses, inns and B&Bís that have been crushed by - restrictions and would LOVE your patronage.  The chain hotels donít care...our small businesses do and appreciate your hard earned money.

I certainly donít want to step on any toes regarding organized rides but I live less than 20 miles from Keene and know the roads from here to the Kanc like the back of my hand.  Iíd be happy to show anyone some great paved or unpaved routes.  It would be a great time to hit the Puppy Dog Trail for those on scramblers or V85TTís.

I live in Dover, south of Conway and south east of Laconia. My go-to route to Conway is often Rt 153, also listed as a Best-Of route by New England Riders (NER). Itís the route I have boxed in the attached pic. Scenic and often not busy at all. Definitely worth doing if for no other reason than avoiding boring, dangerous freeways.

Hereís NERís list of BONE routes (Best of New England) in NH:

Excellent, thanks man! Just adjusted a route in Rever to reflect that stretch!

I plan on looking into some more civilized accommodations, as an alternate to tenting it.
