The camaraderie of Guzzisti and having that many Moto Guzzis in one place makes it worth the journey. We'll have the same caterer from 2015, quality food and great taste. I've seen the menu...mmm! We'll have Moto Guzzi dealer Hamlin Cycles on site to help with questions on maintenance issues and to offer help where they can. There'll be three different rally shirt colors, including short and long sleeves. There'll also be a couple of goodies (while they last) in your registration/rally bag... just for the FUN of it! Let's have FUN in 2021! *SHAVE the DAY* There will be a professional barber at the rally to shave off (or trim) your beard...for all to see! He's even bringing his own barber chair. The New Hampshire MGNOC Rep. (me) will be shaving his beard off! Donations will go to: St. JUDE Children's Research Hospital. Please pre-register for the rally if you can and order T-shirts at the same time. Pre-registration will help us and your T-shirt order will help you. Three different colors: * Navy Blue, * Athletic Heather (grey), and * Safety Green. Short sleeve: $15 each, Long sleeve: $20 each. Let's have some 'RALLY' Fun in 2021!

I pre-registered before the T-shirts became available. How do I go about ordering one or can I just buy one at the rally?

Send another check.  I'm going to do that.  I want to make sure I get one.  You can buy at the Rally but supplies are limited.  Long sleeves tend to go out first.

I have my first vaccination scheduled soon.  Looks like I'll do the easy thing.  I'll ride in from PHX.  "Planes, Trains & Automobiles."  doesn't really appeal to me right now.  I might do a one-way ride and fly back.

Randy said that he had some calls from the West Coast.  New guys.  My money is on travelingbyguzzi for long distance rider.  Him & the wife.  that is unless someone from San Diego rides in.

Cookie definitely will not be riding in with me. It is possible that we might fly her into Keene. If that isn't possible, we might go to the Susanville, CA thing instead.
Other two-up couples are definitely still in the running.
If former WA state rep Dick Guthrie and his wife come, they live 3 miles west of me. They are undecided.

It would be a long haul for the NW crew.  I have parting photos from 2015 when they and the Jenkins left.

At this time i plan on riding my 1976 Convert , but I'm working my ass off to recommission a 1972 Eldo which is the bike I really want to ride to the rally.

The Eldo is new to me and it was purchased from a friends Estate.

I'm in the process of making  it a tribute bike for his family but basically making minimal changes to suit my needs.

Time is short to complete this project but it's a possible / maybe to make it happen.

Ya there are!  But really as long as your not being stupid..  Most cars tend to drive 5-10mph over..  The bigger worry after that and the deer is that there are cross roads...  A lot of people drive it like its the highway, but flying along at 75 and have someone come out of a cross road is not something you really want to do. The veiws are nice though..  and traffic is not bad... at least on the northern end.

I love the Taconic for a fast freeway type road but it's a nail biter especially at dusk headed into NYC.

Well, I'm out.
For a number of reasons, I delayed putting in my vacation\time off request and a couple guys slid into that time slot. It is our busy season and with those two gone, I will have to carry the load.
I did secure the week before Susanville, CA, so Cookie and I will hang out in the Trinity Alps area-NW CA- before the rally.
Ya'll have a good time in Keene!

She passed 2 weeks ago, and im in kinda a limbo world of finding what im going to do with the rest of my life.. So just coming down to if the kids have anything important going on that I need to be around for being its almost at the end of the school year..  Looking forward to it, and hope it comes to be on my end.

York/Gettysburg are where Im from. Please pick up some scrapple,  York Peppermint Patties, Grandma Utz chips, Snyders or Revonah pretzels, Yuengling, and some red beet eggs for me. Ill pay you back.

On second thought, the red beet eggs might not taste great having spent 8+ hours in your pockets.

If you are near the finger lakes area of NY, let me recommend the Glen Curtiss museum. It's not just airplanes.. there are boats, motorcycles, bicycles, farm machinery.. you name it.

Small wrinkle.....I got a letter from the State Judiciary for jury duty.  (Voir Dire)  Not the selection pool.  One step closer to being in the courtroom.

In NJ you can ask for a deferral rather than the harder to obtain dismissal. Can you kick the can down the road like that in NH?

That was stage 1 cattle call.  I'm in stage 2 of "report for duty" and voir dire for the case that is going to a jury trial.  I might fall out of that because of law enforcement family, working with ex-offenders and judicial participation. (Defendant and Plaintiff).  If I'm lucky, I'll get objections and I'm off the case.  🙄
