On the way to Griffith

Must be a quick camera shutter.   That's a pretty clear picture for rolling along at 25 MPH in third gear bumping along the shoulder a couple feet from a wire cheese slicer, with no hand on the throttle and no throttle lock .....!

Thanks for taking us along on these neat bikes of yours!

Well spotted!  Blame Veglia though - or more accurately, blame 20+ years with the bike sitting doing nothing.  The tach and speedo are lazy and don't like to return to zero and I'm too intimidated and cheap to try and do anything about it..

The 750S is quite a contrast to the Mighty Falcone.

Having a contrasting collection of bikes really helps accentuate the various characteristics of the bikes when you switch from one to the other.

Spending several rides on the NFalc and then straddling the 750S really makes you notice the difference in the two and helps you appreciate them both.

It sure does - but I find that changing from one to the next doesn't diminish any of them.  For instance, this morning I rode the Breva to breakfast, relishing the snappy acceleration and the induction howl. Got home, then jumped on the Eldorado to buy a bag of dog food (biggest rear rack).  Different, to be sure- not as fast, not as smooth etc. but wonderful in it's own way.  The mighty NF languished today, but I'll be out and about on it during the week and have a longer ride planned next weekend to the Ontario Guzzi Rider's meet-up in Havelock, Ontario.  I'm going to see if Shaun (aka smdl) wants to swap it for his Stelvio (just kidding Shaun).  Perhaps I'll take a picture or two............

I agree and that was my point. The joys of each one is only enhanced.

Canada! It has lots of lakes. I like that. It has some nice shore lines. I like that. It is part of the British Commonwealth. I like that too.  It has a continental weather pattern and harsh winters. That I'm not so keen on. But if I were to live somewhere other than where I do, Canada would be high on the list.

That looks like a really nice ride. (couldn't find the route on the map though)

You inspired me Nick, I took the Eldo out for a 300Km run today, just love the 850's effortless drone at 70 mph and 4300 rpm. I always come back with a smile on my face after some Eldo therapy.  ;-T

Well, a temporary swap could certainly be arranged!  Looking forward to seeing the night NF in the flesh, Nick.
