I am curious why you opted for carburetors over fuel injection?

Well they say a custom build is never finished! I have been enjoying the guzzi for a couple of years now, but a few things bugged me... first off it didn't sound that good, and I felt it lacked some torque low down. I decided to fit a crossover pipe under the bearbox, like the original system had... The result? MUCH improved on both counts!
The other thing was the seat... I didn't like the look! I therefore made another which I am now happy with....
Finally, This winter I have been busy building a Buell! What a fantastic bike to ride!
