That is one ugly seat!!! I'm not one to judge the look of seats as I've ridden on the commonly called ugliest of seats, Russell's, for over 20 years and easily a couple hundred K miles. But that is one ugly seat!!!
The exhaust pipe in the video just looks ridiculous from the rear.
Did I read a 4 gallon tank? Any ideas on MPG? OK for a bar hopper but better keep an eye on your miles so you don't end up on the side of the road.
I don't think the radiator could look more like an after thought. I don't usually take notice of radiators, isn't that kinda the idea?
Glad to hear they got away from the Harley motor.

Compared with this mess, a Sportster S (which I think is fairly ugly) is actually pretty decent, and an Indian Scout is just plain gorgeous! And each is a lot less money, and produced by companies that actually have a reasonable dealer presence in the US.
