Folks, I'm pleading with you here. RE: usernames / passwords

I do not know your passwords. They are encrypted. Heck, for the most part I don't even know your usernames without a correct email address.  If you forget your username or password, please do not send me a nasty note when I don't get back with you in less than 2 minutes wanting a refund on your donation because I can't remember your username or password and can't help you get back in on your preferred schedule. I'm one person with full time work and I do not spend every waking minute monitoring this board.

Please: Write your username and password down somewhere and tape it to your computer or something. If you wait on me to reset it, it can be a day or two. Every password reset I do can take a few minutes and if you multiply that by the average of 3 or so per day, the time I spend per month resetting passwords can add up to at least multiple hours that I could be doing other productive stuff.

If I may make a suggestion to all members.
Personally, I have a “NOTES” app on my phone. I have entered all of my Passwords there.
I realize there can be a security risk anytime your passwords are on your phone. Therefore to insure my passwords are safe I simply use reminders instead of the actual password, such as
“My mother’s maiden name” or my “favorite childhood dogs name”.
Due to my forgetful nature this works well for me.

An iPhone or iPad can save all that and no one can get it without your finger print. It's so simple I don't have to remember any of my passwords.
