I think the juries still out on that "improvement"  :wink:

Might have to do with the shade of red on the covers vs the shade of the red on the seat.


If they matched or if the seat was black it would look different (better).

A set of wire wheels with polished rims would go ok.
They go well with red.. :wink:

Only difference I see between this and #2 is the red on the fork shield. I like this one better but it is splitting hairs.  :boozing:

Ok guys.
I am dismantling the wheels on my V85 tomorrow and polishing the rims.
 The hubs, bevelbox, swingarm, all the underside centrestand components, front caliper mounting brackets, will be done in the same silver as the footpeg mounts.
The crash bar will be nickel plated like the pannier mounting frames.
My request is..
Can our resident photo shopper/s drag up an image of a Rosso Vulcano V85 with those changes ? I am convinced that it will be worth doing, but would obviously like to see an image.
