dang, now if I could just find a Black Eagle for that money to make a sidecar tug out of!

That looks nice :thumb:
Would it be Fuel injected or Carb model
Either way a great mile muncher.

I DO have a connection to the seller....he is my son and I owned and rode this machine for 2 years (abt. 10K miles) before I bought my current Bassa. Rode it from Kerrville to Colorado Springs (850 miles) without a hitch.....solid, reliable bike.

'97 is FI would be a Cali 1100i. Refined Cali before the totally revamped California EV which won the Cycle World's Best Bike of the Year.

Just FYI, I found the "16K miles on the odometer" wording a bit odd ... like they didn't say the bike had 16K miles ... my first reaction was, OK, but how many miles are on the bike ... so it sounded a bit to me like the odo had been replaced.
And yes, I could just be odd, but that was first thoughts when reading that.

Perhaps a better choice of descriptive language could have been used, but for anyone interested in this particular bike, I can personally provide documentation that the odometer mileage and actual mileage are one and the same.
