When I lived in Nebraska I chased t-storms and tornadoes.  I had a 76 F-150 extended cab in green. Body looked like hell, but the glass was always like new, having been replaced fequently.  When the clouds would roll in and the wind would climb Id takeoff to chase the storms.  Neighbors would see me leaving and say "there goes the stormtruck."  Hence the call sign.  P:) P:)

My love of road racing caused some people at work to call me racergary, others called me ET due to being 5'4".Nothing wrong with ET but I didn't think the movie was that great so its racergary, did own part of a motorcycle that won a California club Championship way back when.

Mine's easy - I have a Studebaker Hawk - 57 vintage. I figured I'd be the only one here so that was a good name to be recognized with.. Great machine and like my Eldorado I only stick with Brand X.

Edited a newsletter for an English car club back in the middle 1980s.  Had a column called, "The Off Camber Corner."

Edited a newsletter for Southern Indiana Region SCCA in late 1980s, and had a column called, "The Off Camber Corner."

Started writing for Frank on occasion back in the early 1990s.  Failing in imagination, it was called, "The Off Camber Corner."

Turn four at Grattan (when run clockwise) is the ultimate Off Camber Corner.

One of my dear, departed friends and as gentle as a big dog, Applejack (Jack for short), went with me on many hunting trips in the Rockies.  Only one is left now, and she's getting long in the tooth :'(

The first time I met a group of Guzzi riders at the Louisiana campout a few years ago, I was riding a Honda & carrying a stuffed toy, which happened to be a beaver, on my handlebars.  When the guys asked my name, I said "Beaver".  They all introduced themselves as "Frank Smith".  (Turns out Frank Smith wasn't even there.)  Nicest folks I ever met!

I was in Arizona when I signed up to the board. Moved to California since then. I love the ocean but I'll always be a desert rat at heart so I'm keeping the AZ.
