That bike doesn't have a 8 valve motor. The 8 valve motor has a central spark plug ,the motor in the picture has a spark plug outboard of the heads. Probably a scam.

Probably welded the 8 V motor together in a major top end malfuction and threw the 2VPC mill in...
Ended up a better bike IMO..

There were no 8V sports imported to the US but that is definitely not an 8V motor.

That may be a 1200, but it IS a 4 Valve, as in 2 valves per head..... Seller is smoking crack, has no idea of what they are talking about, or are intentionally scamming......

Seller edited the Ad. It had all kinds of goofy stuff about 8V's and Griso's and cheesy comment about Italians. At least it is correct now, though it still looks like Luigi wrote it after his second bottle of vino....

The seller is probably a member here, wrote the first ad to see what anoraks would pop up then edited the listing after he stopped laughing.

We do have a guy running around Tucson with an 8V (4V?) 1200 Sport.
His original 2v engine broke an oil pump so he bought a wrecked Griso and did a transplant. It doesn't appear it was an easy operation but I see him riding it around now and then.
