Fixing a badly built/maintained V35V

Faab:
It's an alloy wheel. The only part rubbing is the far edge, which is rather pointy on this tyre.
I used a Dremel and 3rd gear to grind it down a bit. Only managed to take off maybe a mm. And now it's barely touching, so I'll be doing that again.

At the moment I'm trying to figure out why my left cilinder isn't working properly

Good enough for now.
I would also check that front and rear wheels are in line with each other.
