Going to take more work than that. No spark, so at the very least, points need to be cleaned and gapped, fresh plug. Carburetor is gummed up big time, tank has failed liner of some sort inside. Not a lot of compression. Should clean the centrifugal oil filter (which requires removing the left engine cover). Throttle cable is broken (looks like an Ambo upper will work), clutch cable not far behind.

Looking for an "oil filter" for this. It's the little cylindrical strainer screen at the drain plug (part no. 5515 2200).

OEM cables are unobtanium - You'll have to improvise or make them.  Seriously doubt that oil screen does much.  I had to buy an large hex socket to drop the plug.
