Guzzi LM2 / CX100 Fuse Box Diagram & No Starter
« on: November 27, 2015, 10:09:48 PM »
Hi, Does anyone have diagram of the function of each of the fuses ( top to bottom ) of each fuse in the main fuse box of a 1980 LM2 /CX100 ? I have looked at the circuit diagram, but am not smart enough to   understand what each fuse does. I have no juice to the starter motor and it isn't the relay that lives under the fuse box, so am trying to backtrack. The fuses are all intact. Tks, Waz

Check this wiring diagram, easy to follow in colour.

The fuses may be intact but check you have continuity between the two posts that hold each fuse; you may find corrosion or a poor contact.
What have you done to prove the starter relay?

Yeah, switchgear. Especially if it is the original equipment.

I always add an extra wire at the starter for just those occasions when I get nothing at the start button; I can just reach down and start the bike directly at the starter.
