On his tomb stone at the bottom it should be inscribed with, "But wait , there is more".

Ah, the pocket fisherman. Revered by motorcyclist's everywhere.

John Henry

On a trip to the Florida Keys in the early 70's a childhood friend pulled out his Pocket Fisherman at one of the fishing underpasses on Rt.1. He quickly snagged a large fish which ripped the device out of his hands and in a blink he removed his boots & shirt and dove into the rushing water in pursuit of his loss. He quickly realized this was not a good idea as the tide was going out and taking him and his recovered fishing pole out to sea. Fortunately another guy who was fishing nearby had a rope and we pulled him in before he was gone.

A few years ago I sent him a Pocket Fisherman on his birthday and signed it, The Fish That Got Away.
