It really does have more than a passing resemblance to the Yamaha Bulldog BT1100.

Oh wow those are cool. I had never heard of them prior to your mention. Just more neat bikes America never got  :sad:

KC34 clamp conversion installed with Renthal Africa Twin bars. I might swap the bars for a tad more pullback but I'll ride with these for awhile and see how it goes. The riding position is sportier while still being quite comfortable. The extra width makes the handling much more quicker and makes it very tempting to ride like a hooligan  :evil:



Also re-affixed the windscreen with different hardware to fit it better around the headlight. I found some pre-made 3" brackets and used them with a spacer and longer bolt to mount the screen utilizing the mounting point for the trim piece below the gauge cluster:






A slight reprieve from our heat wave made for a nice morning ride:

Working on dialing in the ergos a bit. I swapped the bars out for LSL flat track bars which I had on my Griso and liked a lot.
