I have a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with a wheelchair ramp and hand controls. I had the opportunity to drive it last night and the headlight adjustment was way off. They hack these things apart and lower the floor and all that entails. so, no problem, just pull it up to the shop door and tweak the adjusters. the problem is that it doesn't seem to move the beam. Im on the correct adjusters for vertical, the horizontals are OK. anybody come across this and what might be the problem. I called the Dodge garage and would have found better information if I had called my Mom so no help there. of course there are many utube videos but this is different and I suspect the adjusters are somehow not connected. any ideas?
