Title: 1957 TWN Triumph Tessy Super
Post by: scra99tch on June 07, 2021, 07:29:46 PM
Found this on the local Facebook offered page.  Owner did not know much about it except to say the guy at the dump about 15 years ago got it.  He  did not want to scrap it so offered it to the family I got it from.

18k on odometer and looks real complete.  All I can see that is missing are the battery covers.

Engine is good and stuck.  I have a pool of PB blaster sitting in cylinder.  Before I pop the head off with no available alternatives to head gaskets what could I use to make a new one?  Just keep the thickness correct?

Almost every bolt I took of  came out easy.  I lucked out with this thing being stored indoors for most of its life.
