OK - here's mine  :)

In return could somebody stick some decent pictures of the carbs/cables on a 95 Cali please.
For the love of me I can't get it "just right" yet. The cables either point straight at the frame rail or the cables lay on the cylinders!!

Nothing too exciting here.  Just the Griso lending a touch of class to the Sunday proceedings at Alice's Restaraunt, Skyline Drive, San Mateo, CA.

I seem to be drooling.
Aldo, how does a soft tail and a sprung seat ride?

It's good...plush ride as long as you don't mix in pot holes [plenty of those here].

Haven't taken the wife for a spin yet, so I lack a pillion perspective [I actually have a more comfortable pillion seat I could mount to the rear rack compared to what's pictured...].

I couldn't resist this, this morning.  The California was running so smoothly, it just seemed appropriate.

Here is my new V7 Stone in the shop when I picked it up. :D

In the second picture my bike is parked next to another 750 V twin shaft drive.

I really like thin tank between the knees. The seat is firm but comfortable.

I have now gone four times practicing track driving.
BB1 is a motorcycle that does not have electronic assistants and therefore driving is challenging 72 year old motor cyclist. This is the life that I have earned  ;D

What does the name V7 Stone stand for and how is it different from the V7 Classic other than color?

Some of the differences between V7 Stone and V7 Classic are:
•   Reshaped cylinders and heads, with higher compression.
•   Y shaped intake manifold with a single throttle body. The air filter is under the seat.
•   A sensor in each exhaust to feed information to the self adjusting intake system. No “choke” lever
•   22l steel fuel tank.
•   Cast wheels with tubeless tires.
•   Lighter weight.
•   A few more Hp.

The Classic is history.  New names are Stone, Special and the Racer, of course.  They all share the same specs as noted above, with the exception of the alloy rims on the Stone.  The Stone is the entry level bike.  Stone and Special were used on the California models around 2000 (?).  I don't think anyone ever figured out what stone meant.  Basic?

Hi Arska,
That's quite a monster you've got in that BB1!!  :o
Why don't you give us some ideas of what it's like to drive?

You asked me what it's like to drive BB1?
 First trip, even if it can be compared to - you have to learn to ride the wild horse  ~;
First, you have to take the horse and try to ride it in the direction where you are going - there is not what the horse wants to rush!
A few days after the wild horse of BB1 need to know who is the driver  8)
It is important to learn how to drive BB1, because there is no electronic assistants  :o

I've been four times to learn the track riding!
It is especially fun, because on the one hand demanding that the driver itself is responsible for 100% of the fall or remain upright!

MPR3soft version of the rear tire would have enabled higher cornering speeds, but I will continue next spring course race exercises  ~;  ~;  ;-T
