Looking for Loop Project bike SoCAL

Wife has a client who has decided that he wants to rebuild a police model loop. If you know of any in So Cal Los Angeles area, let me know. Thanks.

Are they looking for a complete and/or mostly complete bike? Is so how far is to far gone? Is a frame and several boxes of parts more to their liking? Budget?

Probably a mostly complete bike. He wants to build an LA Police model for their museum. I have my wife ask him for more info.

This may be obvious....but there's 1971 restored Police bike on ebay right now at over $7000. and still climbing. It's in San Diego. just a heads up.
