Hello guys nice to join the forum.

I have a V7iii 2017 Special and at the moment i want to give it a look as the racer with clip on. I was wondering if anyone knows if the racer from 2021 clip on are plug and play or if i will need additional stuff.

thanks in advance

Possibly a shorter clutch cable and brake line will be needed Gregory, I do not believe anything beyond that.

You may also consider also rearset foot pegs/controls, as the riding position may become cramped in lowering the bars so much. There are occasional OEM sets to appear on ebay, as well as a couple aftermarket options.

I used LSL aluminum clubman bars to mimic the position of the raised clip ons from the Racer. I also added Sato Racing rear sets to complete the look and feel.

thank you all for your replies, much appreciated. Anyone has any ideas where I can buy rearsets? The ones I find are really expensive. Sato doesn't seem to have any in stock. Neither LSL. Only AF1 but out of budget.
