Rode 30 miles over to the Cedaredge Applefest, their version of the harvest party. Every year they invite vintage bike owners to attend and park together, and even provide info cards to tape to your headlight. Not all the bikes are genuinely vintage but all the riders are.
Forty-four bikes in all with three Guzzi -- an Eldorado, an Ambassador and my T, shown here in eclipse behind a 1999 (true) Whizzer, which got a lot more attention than any of the Geese. Three Beemers (back to a '55 R-50), four or five post-war Harleys and Indians, a lovely all-original '56 Matchless G80 which, the owner claims, has never been opened up and which he rides weekly, and a despatch-rider BSA.
