02 cali stone rear brake line routing.

OK, simple one I think...  the rear break line on my cali stone rubs right u in the shift shaft lever on the trans. Bike only has  9K on it, and it doesnt look like its been moved. No wear on it, but I fear chaffing down the road. Think there would be any issues giving it a quick ziptie to the swing arm pivot tube? Maybe there was a hanger missing since new??  I don't know but all looks fine except that.
