Front end swap ngc
« on: November 03, 2019, 03:37:57 PM »
I just picked up a RD350 front end to hopefully but on my Benelli 250 2c since it is  Missing the front drum brake wheel and the only one I have found cost more then the
Bike is worth. The 2C has a head stock race like a bicycle which stands proud of the head stock mounted flush in the head stock like on the RD and Guzzi’s. I was hoping I could just swap out the bearings to fit the rd stem but not so sure now.

Also I'm thinking maybe I can swap out the Stem, put the 2c stem onto the RD's lower fork clamp. But of course it is smaller then the Yamaha's maybe I can build up with weld and turn iti down to the correct OD? This is a on the cheap project (or trying to be).
