I used to do a shirt. It became waaaay too complicated. I had to order dozens at a time and trying to keep the right sizes in stock was impossible. Costs got too much too.

Luap, check out Bonfire, you design, and they take care of fulfillment and cut you a check.  Sell as you go.

I think he goes by "toolittletime"
