the round part looks like the holder for the rubber kick stand bumper and some gas tank rubber bushings. I never seen the triangular part tho, it it from a small block?

Yes, it slides into the back of the euro turn signal lens. They are asymmetrical-- there is a left and right side version.

First, my post was a quest to find one of these parts.

A sheet metal reflector that fits inside the plastic "Euro" turn signal lens (Le Mans 1000, Lario, etc.). The photos below show a complete turn signal with the reflector in place. I was hoping someone saved one from a long ago broken lens.

Chuck, I took you seriously!

I have most of what would be required. Maybe attempt to spin the domed reflector on the lathe. I've never done it, but thought to give it a try (or press it). But you're right about it taking a few hours of trial and error.

So I decided it was a good opportunity to participate on the forum with actual Guzzi content and photos.

Off the top of my head, I'd think that spinning the reflector would be tough. It needs to be polished, and spinning would probably do away with that. The reflector needs to be riveted to the triangular piece, so the first thing I'd try is to make up a radiused punch with a locating tit in the middle that is the rivet diameter. Make the blank to fit that with the right hole diameter. Once it is formed, you can use that hole for the rivet.
Polish the punch.. very important. Make the workpiece out of polished stainless, maybe .010" thick. I'd first try pushing it into hard rubber and see how that works. If an arbor press doesn't work, hitting it with a hammer might. You *may* have to make a die, too.. but I doubt it.
Good luck.. there may be a little experimenting involved, or you might get it right the first time. ;D

They show 2", 3", 4" and 5" diameter spheres.

Too big a radius, and they'd still have to be polished..somehow. Not to mention, they cost money..(Guzzi content) ;D

It looks like you could go to NAPA and find a freeze plug of those general dimensions. Drill the center for a #4-4 rivet and polish or reflective paint it and you're good to go.

Try a bit of the shiny side of tinfoil and wedge it into the amber plastic and see how it works. I bought some cheapo blinkers that had no reflective material inside, did what I said here and it's close enough to be seen for what it is outside. ;D
