OK , for those of you who didn't know , Chuckie had some major surgery yesterday , he weighs a couple of lbs less now . Anyway , he is recovering well , surrounded by family and cute nurses . Apparently the hospital flew Roper's other brother in to perform the operation , as Chuckie says he feels great but there is diagnostic equipment and tubing going in and out of him that is marked Magnetti Marrelli . The doc said he might need a remap

Seriously , I am glad our friend is thru this , he is in good spirits , and will return shortly to his rightful place here

Oh , he did say that in lieu of flowers , a case of 20W50 Motul for the Aero Lario would be great

Hopefully they used a hoseclamp on a few of those hoses!

New 8 valve heart replacing the 4 valve? Supriaed you didn't do it yourself in the shop. Get well real soon Chuck. I'll keep the Laero exercised for you.

Chuck-

Make sure to tell the doctors to be careful with those parts- some are NLA. There are some with superceded numbers from a new supplier- but they never seem to fit right. Make sure you follow the break in period and change the lube and filter.

No valves involved.. whacked out a kidney and prostate. The cutter said he's confident that he got it all.

6 hours under the knife. (Robot )
Should still be able to make most of the rallies.
