Seriously??!!?? I would have no problem owning / riding this Guzzi....(just sayin')
This will be 12 years of fun . 3years and 3 months in the making and about 50k kilometers easy riding , Peter
I wouldn’t have a “problem” either, but I take your point as intended. Here’s the thing. You could take a piano builder and have him construct a perfectly built boat or wooden aircraft..superb craftsmanship but if the drawings call for an out of proportion mismash, then you’re rooted..Problem is, if the visuals don’t speak the same sentence front to back, you’ll always have less than it could have been.Like Sofia Vergara with an ass like Clint Eastwood....(now there’s an image)So many of these custom builders, put $$$’s into bikes but no sense..(sic) They have lovely stocky front ends ( the bikes that is, not the builders.. ) and Ohlins coming out of every orifice, then forget about the design from the front of the seat to the back and that “see through” thing has been thrashed since Christ died...!
I really like this one too. They did a good job making the seat look integrated. A lot of guzzi cafe racers simply cut the frame rails and place a generic off the self fiberglass seat on top. This one also has nice looking side covers.

Heh Huzo did you purchase a CX100 or an LM1?Is that a CX in the picture or an LM1 anyway? The headlight sticking out the fairing like that always confuses me, but that's easily done anyway Whichever, both are fantastic bikes, enjoyJohn

CX engine heads are rounded and flat, and more "upright" (less inclined that the 90 degree Guzzi twins).
Actually John if everyone has their say, mine is a Mk 2..Some say a “better” bike, but worth about 70% of the value of a similar Mk 1. I never ride mine, no brakes, no power, no springs, rough as guts. I’ve got no interest in it..
I was referring to the Umerikan CX100 I think they were only made for the US market and looked like a Le Mans but were not as highly tuned.
