Interesting Snell Video
« on: July 26, 2021, 12:20:54 PM »
Fortnine just did a pretty interesting video on Snell certifications, how their testing models translate to motorcycle crashes, and Snell vs ECE. I had read long ago that ECE had better testing models for motorcycle crashes and stricter requirements for their stamp, so I've always gone with ECE. This definitely reinforces my views.

Reinforces MY opinion that Ed Becker didn't seem super sure of himself in this 2019 interview with Adventure Rider Radio:

Dexter Ford wrote the original story as credited.  I've lost touch with him and didn't know he was fired due to his writing on this subject.

I remember reading it the first time, 30+ years ago.
