A re torque won't hurt. 36 ft/lbs.

It might also be the o-ring on the plug that covers the top head nut. Those get old and hard and let oil weep by.

36? All of my manuals say either 29-30 or 29-32?

93 to present, torque real tight. 93 was 1st year in USA for new world motor. Factory said no more re-torque needed. If you back off stud nuts to re-torque they were still higher than the book states. I do all 93 on  heads to at least 35ftlbs.
This only applies to big blocks.

Check your oil lines to the heads too.  I don't know if the '93 are different from earlier, but the fitting at the heads misted constantly on my '86 LM and my '90 Cal III.

My EV has head oil lines that thread onto spigots on the heads.  They're on the inboard side of the heads and sort of underneath the valve cover area.  So they are hard to inspect in situ without mirrors.  One of mine started leaking on a trip and bled out for several thousand miles before I traced the source.  It looked like a hemorrhage, but there was in fact very little escaping.  As it turned out, it was the spigot loose in the head, not the hose loose on the spigot.

 :+1 Pretty common.
