Nice.
Saw off the muffler nipples off. Add turn signals. Take the mini-anti homeless spikes off the fender. The dash looks like it's off an earlier bike.
Shorty:Here's something you might find useful, unless one came with the bike:https://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-Moto-Guzzi-V1000-G5-Owners-Manual-1981-2467rs/132408426234?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649On the other hand, if you send me a PM with your full mailing information, I'll send you a CD with PDF copies of all the V1000 G5 factory manuals, copies of period brochures, magazine articles, How-to procedures, wiring diagrams, and a bunch more stuff specific to the G5. It's a great bike. This offer is also open to any WildGuzzi member. I also have model-specific CDs for most mid-'70s to '80s Tonti-framed Guzzi models. Just let me know what you'd like and I'll post you (any of you) a CD. Shipped anywhere, no charge. [And, for folks who've requested a CD recently, I'll be sending out a batch on Monday so please keep an eye on your mailbox!]
That -California- one has a slight different version dash than the standard 2nd generation G5 dash. Does that model actually exist? (The one labeled G5 California)
