Stelvio/carc lambda question

What symptoms would i see if one of my lambdas was not working. I have not thrown any faults but when mucking around with guzzi diag on the stelvio I noticed lambda 2 shows no Mv?

If you are running a closed loop map (OE, for one) it'll run poorly in the sub-4,000rpm range. Poor throttle response, surging/hesitating, etc.  Above 4,000 the lambdas are ignored.
