Ah, the GameBird GB1! This is constructed by our friend Philipp Steinbach. Prior to that thing he made the only Ultralight I ever entered willingly (the Impulse 100) and the phantastic Xtreme Air aerobatic planes. Those are direct predecessors of the GameBird.
He regularly visited us in our flying club in Uelzen near Hamburg, I was in the air with him in a friends Klemm KL107B. He is a first-class pilot (once he was Aerobatic world champion in the free style class), he even was invited to Twin Rings Motegi. The story he told us from there was something that should come printed...
He left Germany and settled down first in Britain and then in Arizona after the untimely death of his lovely wife Heidi (who also was an avid pilot). My favourite phrase from her was: "I donīt want an own house! I want an own plane!" She got both...
