Tail light lens for 1000S

Greetings. I found a source for the long unavailable lens for a 1000S! I was ordering some small parts for my Ducati Darmah when I saw a listing for a lens for a Ducati F1. It is the same lens that fits my 91 1000S. Mine had gone awol on a recent ride and no source I could find had one or any hope of locating one. Bevel Heaven has them listed  as CEV 290/285 in Lights Signals, CEV. I ordered one and it is the correct one. Not cheap but available and quick service. No affiliation with the source but just wanted to pass on the info.

I hate that, a few years ago I lost the little black piece of plastic that went below the license plate on my 1000S and haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Good to know about the source of the lense. I put a V7 Sport brake light on mine, but I better find a safe place for that original brake light as it’s just sitting on the work bench.

Lights, Signals is a subheading. Took a little searching to find it. And you're right - it aint cheap at $66.
