Keeping the rear drum as is. I like the cleanish look back there.

The treatment of the rear swing arm is classy.
The color co-ordination of the electrical tie in you header photo - I've never thought of that.
And , who needs a rear brake other than for holding it at an intersection. Go for a twin disc on the front if stopping is a priority.

Very nice!  I'm jealous -- I'm in year four of my 850-T build (too many other projects getting in the way).  Watching with interest...
