Thanks everyone for the help...especially Kiwi Roy as he had it nailed from the get go.
Loose/decaying wire in the ignition switch was the culprit and it didn't take long to fix.

I did wind up with all new relays but that certainly isn't a bad thing. Hoping for rain tonight....enough to make all the snow and ice disappear... I'd really like to ride.

Neutral safety switches and sidestand safety switches are devices the government requires to protect fools who should never get on a motorcycle anyway.
